自身の強みとそれが生かされた経験

My strength is my ability to work hard and achieve my goals. Even when faced with difficult situations, I can achieve results by continuing to take action and not giving up. One episode that demonstrates this strength is a group project at my university. During the month leading up to the presentation, a situation arose in which the team was behind schedule. Ultimately, the project was a success and the presentation received high marks. In addition, team members thanked us, saying, "You have motivated us," and the entire team achieved results with a sense of unity. Our goal was to make the project a success and achieve a highly-rated presentation by the entire team. The reason for the delay in project progress was that there was insufficient sharing of goals among the members. If this situation continued, there was a possibility that we would not be able to adequately prepare for the presentation. To solve this problem, I developed a plan, checked progress, promoted communication, and subdivided goals. First, I monitored the project's progress and developed a specific plan. By conducting daily progress checks and clarifying tasks, I raised the awareness of all members. Next, we actively encouraged communication among members and created opportunities to exchange opinions. This enabled all members to share goals and move in the same direction. Finally, we created a system in which goals are divided into smaller goals, and a sense of accomplishment is felt. This increased the motivation of the members and facilitated the progress of the entire project. When I enter the workforce, I would like to continue to make efforts toward my goals, demonstrate my ability to achieve, motivate others, and contribute to the company.
