I am good at understanding what people really need through conversations. By paying attention to words, expressions, and attitudes, I can quickly see what is important to them in each situation and respond flexibly. For example, in a university project, when progress stopped because of different opinions, I talked with
members, helped them share their concerns and core values, and guided the team toward a solution that everyone could agree on. I believe this strength of seeing the essence of situations and building good relationships helped me grow as a trusted person as I am now. I also have strong skills in arithmetic and computer use. I built strong arithmetic abilities from a young age, and since middle school I have been exploring Word, Excel, and PowerPoint by myself, using them often in daily life as fun. In addition, I enjoy sports especially gymnastics and Aikido. Within five years of starting both, I achieved competitive results in both sports, which shows my ability to learn efficiently and achieve results through steady effort and the attitude to have fun at the same time.
